Our club coaching sessions have been a long time favourite amongst our athletes. They have the perfect blend of coaching, socialising, intensity, and support to keep you coming back and improving for years.
Our team mainly follow the same program, however you can upgrade to bespoke programming for a little extra!

121 Sessions
121 coaching is great if a high level of detailed instruction is needed by the athlete. It is particularly great for beginner athletes, however it can also be well utilised by more experienced weightlifters wanting to work out a specific issue or error in their technique.
